Sharif’s arrival deferred by two days


Ousted head administrator Nawaz Sharif has deferred his arrival to Pakistan by two days and, as per his reexamined plan, he will now arrive at Allama Iqbal Airport in Lahore on Tuesday, through a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight from London.

Sharif is expected to show up under the watchful eye of the responsibility court on October 26 alongside his little girl Maryam Nawaz and child in-law Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar regarding references recorded against him and his relatives by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Sharif went to London on October 5 to be with his significant other, Kulsoom Nawaz, who is experiencing malignancy treatment. He changed the date of his arrival to Lahore from Sunday to Tuesday in light of the fact that Kulsoom Nawaz would experience a few tests in the following two days, it was learnt on Friday.
