Avenfield reference: IHC expels Safdar’s supplication against arraignment by responsibility court

A division seat of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday expelled an appeal to – documented by Nawaz Sharif’s child in-law Capt (retd) Muhammad Safdar – that asked for it to limit a responsibility court from encircling charges against him.

The division seat, involving Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, said the solicitor could unsettle the same under the watchful eye of the trial court. Rejecting the request, the seat decided that it was untimely to issue a controlling request.

Safdar had recorded the request of through his insight Amjad Pervez, battling that duplicates of the debasement reference and important archives had been given to him on October 9 while the court had settled October 13 for arraignment, which was illegal.
